The Aiyara Thai Cafe in Springfield is one of nine Oregon restaurants that recently received the designation of “Thai Select” cuisine from the Thai Trade Centers, which work with the Royal Thai Government to identify restaurants around the world that meet a standard for authentic Thai food, hospitality and atmosphere.
